Enterprise Handoff
Prepare SSO, admin, compliance, rollout, and migration requests for WyrdOS support
Enterprise support should start with facts that let the team confirm feasibility, scope, and risk.
When To Use This Path
Use enterprise handoff for:
- SSO or identity provider requirements.
- Custom admin roles or approval workflows.
- Compliance or procurement review.
- Data import, export, or deletion plans.
- Multi-team rollout design.
- Custom integrations or agent workflows.
- Security questionnaire requests.
Information To Send
Email support@wyrdos.app with:
| Area | Include |
|---|---|
| Organisation | Company name, workspace names, rollout owner |
| Users | Expected number of users and teams |
| Identity | SSO provider, domain requirements, SCIM needs if any |
| Admin | Required roles, approval paths, audit expectations |

Availability Language
Use precise language when discussing enterprise features:
- Available means the feature exists in the current deployment.
- Supported by handoff means the team can help design or configure it, but details depend on the deployment.
- Planned means do not promise delivery without a dated agreement.
- Not documented means verify before relying on it.
Handoff Outcome
A good handoff should produce:
- Confirmed workspace structure.
- Confirmed access model.
- Confirmed data movement plan.
- Confirmed owner on both sides.
- Confirmed acceptance criteria for rollout.
- Open risks and follow-up questions.
