Bug Report Checklist
Include:
- Workspace name and whether it is personal or organisation-level.
- Page URL or app area where the issue happened.
- What you expected.
- What happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce, including any filters, views, or entity names involved.
- Severity: blocked, degraded, confusing, or cosmetic.
- Safe screenshots or screen recordings if they help. Redact private customer data and API keys.
- Browser, operating system, and approximate time of the issue.

For teams with specific requirements (SSO, admin controls, compliance, data import/export, custom workflows), we offer hands-on support:
- Workspace setup and structure design
- Engines and pipeline configuration
- Team rollouts and migration
For a faster first response, include:
- Number of users and workspaces.
- Required identity provider or SSO provider.
- Required admin roles, approval flows, or audit needs.
- Data import/export source systems.
- Compliance or procurement requirements.
- Target rollout date.
- Whether you need API, CLI, or agent integration support.
