Bug Report Checklist

Include:

  • Workspace name and whether it is personal or organisation-level.
  • Page URL or app area where the issue happened.
  • What you expected.
  • What happened instead.
  • Steps to reproduce, including any filters, views, or entity names involved.
  • Severity: blocked, degraded, confusing, or cosmetic.
  • Safe screenshots or screen recordings if they help. Redact private customer data and API keys.
  • Browser, operating system, and approximate time of the issue.

For teams with specific requirements (SSO, admin controls, compliance, data import/export, custom workflows), we offer hands-on support:

  • Workspace setup and structure design
  • Engines and pipeline configuration
  • Team rollouts and migration

For a faster first response, include:

  • Number of users and workspaces.
  • Required identity provider or SSO provider.
  • Required admin roles, approval flows, or audit needs.
  • Data import/export source systems.
  • Compliance or procurement requirements.
  • Target rollout date.
  • Whether you need API, CLI, or agent integration support.
